Here I am (a few days late ... but better late than never: P) with a other work that I showed you probably do not! ... I begin to lose the shots! do not even remember what to put and what not!!
However I am very sure not to have never shown how to implement the fiorellone you see on IT, and then today ... MINITUTORIAL!
to start you need: a pencil
-
- punch
- an LO, a card, a page of a mini album, a cover, a shirt or anything else on which you want to sew your fiorellone
- embroidery thread
- a strip of cloth any kind (I used a 5 cm wide strip of tulle of the PACS PACS ... aaaah ... inexhaustible source of material: D)
FFATTO??
ok then we go! with a pencil and draw a spiral at the point where you decided to place the flower on the outside and closing with punch holes in the paper following the spiral and trying to maintain a uniform distance between a hole and the other ... as you see, I have not done: P
Now, from the center of the spiral by putting the stuff in the first hole with the aid of a knitting needle (the hole course will be a bit 'bigger than the others) to stop your work.
then thread another needle a thread embroidery and, starting from the hole following that in which it is inserted into the fabric, create a small ring in which you will pass the tulle. In the end, trying to leave the fabric as soft as possible, pull the wire so as to tighten the ring ... we understand the pictures?? I hope so!
is a bit 'the principle of the sewing machine ... the tulle is exactly like the upper thread which is blocked by the lower one (to understand the thread spool).
Keep up to each hole until the end of the spiral, remembering to leave the soft cloth each time the stops with the embroidery thread. So you get the impression that I call "Smurfette" (which stands for soft).
Eventually the flower decorated as you like!
I added the pearls to give the idea of \u200b\u200bthe pistils and leaves derived from colored masking tape and I finally sewed a beautiful butterfly (gift Manu )!
I recommend you see what I want out of your hands!
and if the tutorial was not clear ... feel free!
a big kiss
CocoAle
