Scientific Term For Hidden

Mouth Wolf 2004, Tormaresca

When arriving home a box full of products Peck there are two possible reactions: 1) verify the contents and get busy eating everything. 2) getting tied up like Ulysses with sirens to avoid ending up in the dramatic net spread from pig's trotters, wine, nougat and the like.

The first option is recommended if a person can be defined as an eating competition otherwise best avoided, otherwise the risk of ὔβρις to sin and do the same to the undersigned.

However, among the various products in case there was also this bottle of Aglianico a company unknown to me. Consult the critical apparatus aka the guide I found it was rather a company listed on Puglia, rightly I must say. Color

beautiful, intense red, almost black. Nose not bad at all: very large number of tobacco and berries, licorice aftertaste. Alcohol zero, zero tannin and I was impressed. Scroll to the language that is a marvel.
excellent acidity in the mouth, a sign of a wine to age well. Dry, full, powerful but balanced. There is the beauty del'aglianico in this bottle, there is harmony in what many call, quite rightly in my opinion, the Barolo of the south.

The fermentation occurs in stainless steel and feels well: the flavor is fresh and clean.

The perfect marriage for this bottle? The stuffed pigeon or a nice roast suckling pig with myrtle with potatoes.

When Sleeping Pain In My Hips

The things I learned after this Christmas

So, a cool head and thinking about this holiday season I can say I learned several important things, and having received confirmation that, as is known, temper the ego (or so they say ).

Then, I learned today that Amarone (personal opinion) is set to Barolo, the great Italian excellence, one that represents our country abroad. Abandon all your ambitions about Brunello Chianti and the like, the great wine that can compete with the French giants, is located in Northern Italy. The rest is a side dish.

I got confirmation that Mrs. Goisot should make a monument. We're talking about a benefactor. Its burgundy base (the producer price € 6) is a true gift to mankind. In the coming days we will discuss in more detail.

I learned that eating too much, especially if you're not eating competition, it can cause fever of 39, very unpleasant experience, even if only for a day.

Let's see, what I learned more ... ah yes, it is true that wine is the best metaphor for life. Always be wary of those who drink bad, always.

Tutti Film Gratis Mario Salieri

Taurasi Radici Res, 1999, Mastroberardino

Unfortunately it is very rare in Rome to find places where drinking ready-made wines, aged in a way that is necessary to be truly appreciated.

But this time it went well. The bottle in question was ready to be tasted. Overall good feeling.

the nose, just opened, shows a balance really portentous. Elegant, balanced, with all the typical scents of Aglianico, of course earned with 11 years of age: black pepper, tobacco, berries avalanche.

The mouth comes a few problems, however: the wine brings out feelings less strong than those who feel the nose. Mind you, it's still interesting elements: the language, for example, can be heard blackberry. The finish is long and harmonious.

Defects? In the end, for example, the alcohol that comes out early if he did not feel anything like one.

Overall a good wine. I discovered that he has obtained over the years, scores very high and it does not surprise me at all.

Tach 5 Recon Adjust For

Meczan Pinot Noir 2009, Hofstatter

The premise is always the same: Pinot Noir or Burgundy or simply is not.

said that is approachable for a wine like this in a fun, wandering among the feelings that are able to express. Something good can always be found.

Pinot Noir 100% and color typical of this grape, this red, sometimes very clear that lets the light. The nose feels a little but at least I have to say alcohol does not make its appearance even just open the bottle. A bit 'of something vaguely reminiscent of licorice and berries.

In the mouth the music does not change. Distant echo of tobacco and black pepper. Little else. Cherry but only if you pay close attention.

The only good thing is almost no tannins but this is the main characteristic of Pinot Noir

According to me with a not too matured cheese is a terrible figure, as they say in Paris.

Luca Flores, How far can you fly?

"[...]. The question I have done all my life, as it can go away? What prevents us from flying?
The language of music is one, the soul. The words deceive us with their meanings as the music is free, it can fly to heaven, hell or stay down to float in limbo, and I love those musicians who sing, write and play every note as if it were the last. "

On the road again

There are three things in life that marry beautifully: the great wine, great food and the concept of "gastronomic journey." Curiosity is what drives the existence, which makes life itself a beautiful journey where there are always new things to try to discover.

The concept is very well expressed by a program in which I came across a few days ago I wandered by accident while in the throes of insomnia for the various satellite channels. It's called "On the road again " as the famous song.

A kind of light-hearted documentary starring four characters of very different but that Amalga is really good.
Mario Batali, chef famous American of Italian apparently dressed in an estate "antifa" really unsurpassed, Gwyneth Paltrow, who needs no introduction, Mark Bittman one of the most famous food critics in America (he writes for the NY Times) and Claudia Bassols, a nice and cute girl that I've never seen but which makes its fine figure I have to say.

This group runs for Spain in search of unique attractions, trying foods and drinking a lot, too, judging by the tenor of some of their conversations. Meet people, try local dishes, talking to farmers and fishermen.

Who would not like a trip like this? I left immediately.
