Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2006, Tedeschi

continued our journey through the Amarone, a wine so fascinating.

Today is the turn of this manufacturer which frankly I was disappointed. The bottle was still very young and thus entirely closed, but still allowed to foresee elements of extreme interest (cited) *.

The nose is still too much alcohol and can not be otherwise, given the age. They feel, however, the black currant and cherry, both very pronounced. Excellent end of blueberry.

very round tannins in the mouth instead (bonus), but even here too much alcohol, which covers the fruit. More but still very immature.

Overall I would say a wine that manages to express its full potential with a nice red meat but not too strong in flavor. Not bad
the background that reminded me of the tobacco bassso Nat Reeves in "Sing a Song of Song" is heard almost at the beginning but when it overwhelms you and you can not do anything to oppose.

Amarone, what a beautiful thing.

Patti Smith, People Have The Power.

* PS
Who can understand the citation wins a glass of pinot noir of Burgundy paid by me, as promised.
