Brent Corrigan Everett Full

The challenge has hundreds of years and involves fans around the world.

Someone Bordeaux, Burgundy others. One can hardly be both: the first lovers usually do not like the second.

My opinion is obvious, useless to repeat it again. Mind you that the choice for one rather than the other is not so obvious, indeed, shows very specific tastes. The lover of Bordeaux

the power to recognize, has characteristics all its own. The same can be said for the lover of Burgundy. Two choices, two different conceptions of wine, two different views of life.

For what concerns me, I had confirmation of the absolute superiority of the Burgundy wine last week. I went to a tasting of Bordeaux, some of the highest level. Here, I have impressed him, ever. Flavor standard, each bottle is very similar to the other and then over power. It has this feature because Bordeaux is a wine "violent", which fills the mouth, too, in my opinion. The flavors then are (personal opinion of course) always the same: often reminiscent of the classic supertuscan, at least someone. Gravy, cranberry and a tannin that is hard to disappear or otherwise become at least tolerable.

With Burgundy we're on another planet, subtlety, complexity, a flavor that makes each bottle different. What defines someone as weak or little substance is really delicate, balanced, sometimes in a masterly manner, with the power, you got it is not true that the wine is Burgundy Loffi, quite the opposite: the pinot noir is capable of being very powerful, exploding in a myriad of notes at the right time.

difficult pinot noir grapes, hard to handle, difficult to understand but is able to offer sublime feelings for those who can appreciate it.

And you? You Bordeaux or Burgundy?
